Codex Group supported KeyPlants in the interior construction of prefabricated cleanroom modules for a new biopharmaceutical facility in Leiden, the Netherlands. East Anglia Three Offshore Wind Park – Interior & Exterior Modular Construction
As part of Emtunga Solutions AB’s delivery to Aker Solutions, Codex Group completed the full interior and exterior installations for several offshore modules at the East Anglia Three wind park. Our scope included insulation, wall and ceiling systems, fire-rated doors, windows, built-in furniture, raised floors, and modular façades, ensuring weather resistance and offshore durability.
Life Science Facility Interior Construction – Uppsala, Sweden
Codex Group was contracted to perform interior installations for a 13,000 m² life science facility in Uppsala, Sweden. Dedicated to aesthetic and pharmaceutical production, the project involved the installation of cable trays, thermal and acoustic insulation, and the construction of internal walls, ceilings, floors, and windows.
MSD Merck Pharma Facility – Exterior Façade Installation
At MSD Merck’s production facility, Codex Group executed the full exterior installation of Brucha WP-F façade panels (200 mm thick) across 16 modular units and three floors. The façade covered approximately 450 m² and was assembled using horizontal installation techniques, tailored for pharmaceutical-grade environments.
Flexenclosure Modular Data Center – Interior Outfitting
For Flexenclosure’s prefabricated modular data center, Codex Group was selected to deliver the complete interior implementation, covering electrical systems, partitions, ceilings, and finishing works. Oil Platform Construction – Global Offshore Living Quarters
Over the past 16 years, Codex Group has contributed to multiple offshore construction projects for clients such as BP, Total S.A., Siemens, Shell, Statoil, and ExxonMobil. We were responsible for the complete interior and exterior outfitting of living quarters totaling over 15,000 m², including staircases, wall and ceiling frameworks, windows, insulation, and custom stainless steel installations. MS Color Fantasy – Cruise Ship Interior Refurbishment (Norway)
Codex Group carried out a comprehensive refurbishment project aboard the MS Color Fantasy, focusing on public and crew interior spaces. Work included dismantling existing structures, floor leveling, new tile installation, epoxy grouting, and renovation of the coffee area, wellness center, nightclub, offices, and dining areas.
Disney Wish – Interior Outfitting for Cruise Ship (Meyer Werft)
As part of the Disney Wish ship construction, Codex Group completed specialized interior outfitting for common guest areas.
