East Anglia Three Offshore Wind Park – Interior & Exterior Modular Construction

As part of Emtunga Solutions AB’s delivery to Aker Solutions, Codex Group completed the full interior and exterior installations for several offshore modules at the East Anglia Three wind park. Our scope included insulation, wall and ceiling systems, fire-rated doors, windows, built-in furniture, raised floors, and modular façades, ensuring weather resistance and offshore durability.

Life Science Facility Interior Construction – Uppsala, Sweden

Codex Group was contracted to perform interior installations for a 13,000 m² life science facility in Uppsala, Sweden. Dedicated to aesthetic and pharmaceutical production, the project involved the installation of cable trays, thermal and acoustic insulation, and the construction of internal walls, ceilings, floors, and windows.

MSD Merck Pharma Facility – Exterior Façade Installation

At MSD Merck’s production facility, Codex Group executed the full exterior installation of Brucha WP-F façade panels (200 mm thick) across 16 modular units and three floors. The façade covered approximately 450 m² and was assembled using horizontal installation techniques, tailored for pharmaceutical-grade environments.
